Refund Eligibility Overview

At celorivasta, we believe in transparency when it comes to our refund policies. Whether you're enrolled in our investment terminology courses or using our financial planning tools, we want you to feel confident about your investment in financial education.

Refunds are available under specific circumstances, and we've designed this policy to be as straightforward as possible. Our team reviews each request individually to ensure fair treatment while maintaining the integrity of our educational programs.

Important Notice

All refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes outlined below. Late requests may not be eligible for processing.

Course and Program Refunds

Our investment terminology and financial literacy programs come with different refund conditions depending on when you request the refund and how much of the course material you've accessed.

  • Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 25% of course material has been accessed
  • 50% refund available within 30 days of enrollment if less than 50% of course material has been completed
  • No refunds available after 30 days or once 75% of course content has been accessed
  • Live webinar sessions and one-on-one consultations are non-refundable once attended
  • Certification fees are non-refundable once the certification process has begun

Remember: Course progress is tracked automatically through our learning management system

Step-by-Step Refund Process

Submit Your Request

Send an email to info@celorivasta.com with your enrollment details, course name, and reason for the refund request. Include your full name and student ID number.

Initial Review

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We'll verify your enrollment date, course progress, and eligibility status according to our policy guidelines.

Decision Notification

You'll receive an email within 5 business days confirming whether your refund has been approved, along with the refund amount and processing timeline.

Processing & Payment

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method within 2-3 billing cycles.

Special Circumstances

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside our standard policy timeframes.

These requests require documentation and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our student services team. While we can't guarantee approval for special circumstance requests, we're committed to finding fair solutions whenever possible.

  • Medical emergencies requiring hospitalization or extended treatment
  • Military deployment or relocation orders
  • Job loss or significant financial hardship
  • Technical issues preventing course access for extended periods

Payment Method Information

Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method. We cannot redirect refunds to different accounts or payment methods for security reasons.

Processing Times by Payment Method

Credit cards: 5-7 business days | Bank transfers: 7-10 business days | Digital wallets: 3-5 business days | International payments: 10-15 business days

If your original payment method is no longer valid (expired card, closed account), please contact our billing team at info@celorivasta.com to arrange alternative refund processing. Additional verification may be required in these cases.
